I’m slowly working through the photos that I took while on our trip to Japan in March. I worked on this photo of Kaori tonight. It was taken at the ultra expensive Tokyo Baycourt Club hotel on Odaiba island. Fortunately, we had a great deal on the hotel as the husband of a friend of Kaori’s works there. The photo was taken in natural light with no light modifiers and a handheld camera. It was really a snapshot except that I placed her in nice window light and a neutral background.
